Halloween is approaching.
Mika Zibanejad and wife Irma Helin Zibanejad have their costumes ready.
And it’s scary how relatable it is for any parent!
The New York Rangers have started this NHL season with two wins (against the Buffalo Sabers and Arizona Coyotes) and one loss (against the Columbus Blue Jackets). Mika Zibanejad30, has accounted for zero goals and four assists in the three games.
Mika and Irma
Two years ago, Mika Zibanejad married the football commentator Irma Helin Zibanejad (former Irma Helin). On social media, the couple, who have been together for several years, shared pictures from the wedding with the caption “Best day ever!”.
Irma works at Discovery+ as an expert commentator for the channel’s football broadcasts, mainly the Allsvenskan.

Just over eight months ago, both sports profiles revealed in social media that they were expecting their first child.
“Our family is growing. Can’t wait to meet our daughter,” wrote Irma on Instagram.
At the end of August, the daughter they named arrived Ella. The comment section was full of tributes, from everything from soccer players and NHL profiles to artists and TV stars.
Beautiful costumes
As we are a bit into October, Halloween is getting closer. But Mika and Irma Zibanejad already have their Halloween costumes ready. And they seem to have taken inspiration from their new reality with daughter Ella in the picture.

On her Instagram story, Irma has posted pictures of the couple.
“Halloween party 2023. Our costumes: ‘New parents,'” she captioned the photo, which can be seen below.

In the picture, you can see a “worn out” Mika Zibanejad with tousled hair, disheveled socks, and in a shirt that says “new dad” on it. Glued to the outfit is, among other things, a stuffed animal, a baby sock, and a “dirty” diaper.
Irma runs on the same track. “I don’t sleep, I just rest my eyes” is written on her t-shirt, which also has baby stuff hanging on it. With dark circles under her eyes, she pours herself, it seems, much needed coffee!
