Microsoft could integrate a panel dedicated to games in Edge

After integrating an option to create quotes, introduced a button to solve math problems, and launched an option to monitor prices online, Microsoft may soon introduce a Games button in its Edge web browser.

This new option was discovered by a user of Reddit within the Canary version of Microsoft Edge. The functionality which is disabled by default can be accessed from the Settings from the browser, in the menu Appearance.

Once activated, the option adds a button in the browser toolbar that opens a side pane in which are displayed games playable directly in the browser, directly from MSN Games.

On our test machine where Edge Canary version 99.0.1117.0 is installed, the option is, as of this writing, not yet available. As this function is currently only offered in the Canary version of the browser, there is no indication that it will be integrated later in the stable version of Edge.
