Masi Agricola conflict resolved Renzo Rosso sells share to Boscaini

(Finance) – Masi Agricolaa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and among the Italian leaders in the production of premium wines, manages to resolve the ongoing conflict between its major partnerswhich has characterized the past few months.
Red Circle Investments (investment holding controlled by Renzo Rosso), as seller, e Sandro Boscaini, Bruno Boscaini and Mario Boscainias buyers, signed a purchase and sale contract with which the seller sold to the buyers 3,215,568 shares owned by Red Circle Investments, representing 10% of the share capital of Masi Agricola.

In consideration of the exit of Red Circle Investments from the shareholding structure of Masi Agricola, today definedwith the waiver of all parties to their respective claims, all pending judgments.

To seal the clarification, an investigation will be undertakencharitable initiative towards an organization chosen by mutual agreement by Renzo Rosso and Sandro Boscaini, we read in a note.
