Robert Gatugård is Sundsvall municipality’s coordinator in drug matters. The fact that a list of hundreds of supposed buyers of narcotics has been published in connection with the ongoing trial about organized gang crime is unique.
– At the same time, it confirms the image we have of the party junkie. That it could be anyone in principle.
Restaurant employees can go
What it will mean legally for those who swished thousands of dollars to the langar remains for prosecutors to decide. But for the individual, it can have major consequences. For example, three restaurant employees have already had to leave their jobs since a restaurateur in town found their names on the list, which Sweden’s Radio Västernorrland was the first to publish.

– Now employers, colleagues, children and parents know who is involved with drugs and it may be worth questioning, says Robert Gatugård.
Then he thinks that the restaurants individually may well have received negative attention in connection with the disclosure.
