In the district court, a 22-year-old man was sentenced to life imprisonment for attempted murder after he fired ten shots at a villa in Örebro on National Day last year.

The Göta Court of Appeal now sentences him to a fixed-term sentence, local media reports.

Three people were in the residence when the shots were fired, and the 22-year-old initially admitted that he was there to kill one person. In the district court, he changed his mind and said he just wanted to be scared.
