  • List of targets spread: “First come first served”

The recent acts of violence in Stockholm are mainly linked to a conflict over drug markets, between the “Kurdish fox” and a 24-year-old gang leader.

    – If there is a list, we cannot comment on that, but of course the police are working to find motives in order to rule out and prevent further crimes, says Stockholm police spokesperson Rebecca Landberg to SVT Nyheter.

Aftonbladet has previously reported that the police are monitoring a number of central addresses in Stockholm, where acts of violence are feared.

  • Most ad fraud on Facebook

Almost half of all ad fraud in Sweden is committed via Facebook.

It shows new statistics from the police, reports Svenska Dagbladet.

    – Just under half of the reports concern Facebook, both on Marketplace and in various groups. It is a common place for fraud, says Lotta Mauritzson, crime prevention officer at the Police’s national fraud centre, to the newspaper.

A total of 25,391 ad frauds were reported in 2022. This is a slight decrease compared to 2021. But then the number had increased by 50 percent from 2020.

The fact that Facebook does not verify users makes it difficult for the police, according to Mauritzson.

    Latest news

  • No question, but more pointing out that the headline in right now says E-type has had a baby, would have looked nicer if both names had space, I think?

    Henrik Due

Hey! Well absolutely, it was written in a hurry. In any case, Melinda Jacobs is included in the title of the article itself!

  • Sharpening! It is very nice to have all the notices about what is happening in our long country, but it is often the author of the article who forgets to write which place it is about. This is of relevance to us readers, so improvement there ?

    Larsa

Hi Larsa! Alas, we’ll get better! I adjusted the notice that I think you are referring to, it was in Karlskrona that a 65-year-old man died in a fire. And now we are just reporting on a similar tragic event in Älmhult.

  • The Green Comet. Where should we look, which direction, east, west, north, south? A little help doesn’t hurt.

    Goran

    Look up and north.

The green comet will pass near the Pole Star and then go towards the Chariot’s “handle”, between the constellations Little and Big Bear.

Here are there any maps showing where it should be right now.

  • Why is Koran burning not counted as a hate crime or incitement against a ethnic group? It would be good with an article, maybe some interviews with lawyers, the Supreme Court, people with knowledge who can explain and clarify what applies and why, around this with hate crimes and freedom of expression, where are the limits.

    Linen

Koran burning provokes some, but in itself it does no harm.

The constitutionally protected freedom of expression is one of the cornerstones of democracy, it generally outweighs the risk of some people becoming a little sad or upset.

  • Hello folks at Aftonbladet. I would like to send a greeting to your beautiful colleague Jonatan Unge. Hahaha his article about the Kia brothers that came out here at 3pm today was just too funny.
