Ukraine’s security service SBU says it intercepted a phone call that proves a Russian sabotage group blew up the dam.

In the audio clip that the SBU released on Telegram and Twitter two men are heard discussing in Russian.

“Ukraine didn’t attack it, it was our sabotage group,” says one of the men who, according to the SBU, is a Russian soldier in the clip.

A report has now been made to the Inspectorate for Care and Care, Ivo, about a serious misconduct after the aid unit in the municipality in question made a study visit to the accommodation.

In Ivo’s report, it appears that the staff also put the child’s pajamas on the back and front and put a bathing suit over it to prevent the child from taking off his pajamas underneath.

The report states that the child’s parents wanted the built-in bed to be used. On the other hand, the choice of bed was considered to constitute an impermissible coercive and restrictive measure.

The consequences are that the child has been exposed to violations of his life and safety,” the report states.
