Around 400 people are on board a sinking ship in the Mediterranean, AP reports.

The people are suspected of being migrants who tried to escape to Europe.

“The boat seems to be leaking and taking in water, it has run out of fuel and drinking water on board. There are many pregnant women and 10 babies on board,” states the German volunteer organization Sea Watch.

The ship is said to have left Tobruk in Libya earlier this weekend.

    Previously, talks were held between the countries’ militaries twice a day. But for the third day in a row, no one has responded on the North Korean side.
