THE FIRST MEETING WAS HELD IN BRUSSELS
On September 26, the Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev and the Secretary General of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan met in Brussels. The leaders of the two countries were expected to meet in Spain tomorrow.
AZERBAIJAN REJECTED THE ‘Türkiye’ DECISION
However, Azerbaijan decided not to participate in the meeting with Armenia, the EU, France and Germany because the condition of Turkey’s participation was not accepted.
