In the second round of the hockey NHL playoffs, the Carolina Hurricanes beat the New Jersey Devils 6–1. Carolina now leads the match series with a 2–0 win.
Carolina’s number one name was the Finnish center Jesperi Kotkaniemi, who scored his team’s first two goals.
