Irma Schjött played great in the goal – and became a two-goal scorer in her World Cup debut

Irma Schjött was in the squad against Senegal in the group stage but had to remain on the bench for the entire match. But tonight was the World Cup debut for the 25-year-old who only let 13 balls pass him.

– I’m very happy for Irma, she hasn’t played that many international matches, says Nathalie Hagman to Viaplay.

Sweden was several numbers bigger than Cameroon and decided the match early. At halftime the lead was 16-5.

Next up is Hungary on Saturday before the main round ends against Montenegro on Monday.
