A man and a woman died in a diving accident in Värmdö in January. The police are now closing the preliminary investigation into causing the death of another, reports SVT Stockholm.
It appears “to be a series of unfortunate circumstances that caused the two deaths”, the police write in a pm.
A third diver who was taken to hospital in connection with the accident cannot be blamed for any part in the course of events, the police state.
