(Finance) – The Foundations Compagnia di San Paolo, Cariplo, Cassa di Risparmio di Padova and Rovigo, Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze and Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, members of the pact shareholder consultation and vote signed on 21 December 2021 in relation to the Intesa Sanpaolo shareholders’ meeting called for 29 April 2022, presented the list of candidates for the renewal of the BoD consisting of 19.
The list is expected to reconfirm Gian Maria Gros-Pietror as President, of Paolo Andrea Colombo as Vice President, and of Carlo Messina as an ideal profile for managing director and CEO.
