There is internal criticism within the Moderates against the electricity subsidy launched by the new government.
The whole thing is seen as a betrayal of the voters because it was a retroactive compensation instead of a price cap next winter.
– It is clear that if you go to the polls for something that is fundamentally different and then something that means much less comes in support of the individual, it is clear that you do not need to be Einstein to calculate that people will think it’s a betrayal, says Carl Johan Sonesson (M), chairman of the Skåne regional board.
