A man arrested in connection to a broken window ended being charged for another incident while in police custody.
Chatham-Kent police said a suspect was located and arrested Friday after a window was broken at a Grand Avenue East business in Chatham.

The 24-year-old Chatham man was placed in custody at police headquarters and during that time, he allegedly threatened to harm another person, police said.
The accused is now facing charges of mischief and uttering threats, police said.
He was released with a short date.
