In Hong Kong, one of the main opposition parties, the Civic Party, voted on Saturday May 27 to dissolve itself. The party has been unable to find enough members to fill the positions needed to build a leadership, especially after the crackdown suffered by its members since the imposition of the national security law by Beijing.
