Nils van der Poel has ended his elite career.
But the profile has not been lazy and has instead jumped on several new assignments. Now he is ready for another.
In recent years, Nils van der Poel has been one of Sweden’s foremost athletes. He has taken an entire sports world by storm, and really proved that nothing is impossible with hard work.
New job
In two years, he has won a number of gold medals where the “double” in the Olympics is without a doubt the greatest merit. Not only that, Nils van der Poel has also broken several world records in ice skating, and it has really not been possible to stop being impressed by the 26-year-old.
But all good has an end. After the season, Nils van der Poel announced that he was ending his elite venture. Instead, he would invest in other things and has recently been ready for new jobs. Among other things, he is the new ambassador for Skistar – but now the 26-year-old has jumped on another assignment.
“Can help everyone”
He is ready as a new billionaire consultant for Svenska Spel and in his role will help Swedes fulfill their dreams.
– It will be fun to continue collaborating with Svenska Spel. And what a dream assignment then to help a potential billionaire answer the question “Which billionaire would I be?”. If I’m lucky, someone wants to skate very quickly, he says in a press release and continues:
– But regardless, I am convinced that everything I learned and what made me succeed so well in sports can help everyone who wants to achieve something fantastic.
