Heart patients beware! May cause stroke

Heart patients beware May cause stroke

Heart patients should eat healthy and stay away from sedentary lifestyles in order to avoid negative consequences. Harmful diet and going out in intense hot weather put their health at risk. Stating that heart diseases are a group of diseases that are seriously affected by hot weather, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Kobat said, “People with heart problems need to protect themselves from this heat. They are asked not to go out as much as possible between 10:00 and 17:00 in cases where there is no great need.”

BLADES DUE TO TENSION CAN DEVELOP

prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Kobat said, “Heart diseases are among the disease groups that are seriously affected by hot weather. Especially since this summer is very hot, heart patients should take serious care of themselves. Especially in people with heart problems, it reduces the amount of water in the body with fluid losses due to extreme heat and sweating, which can cause an increase in heart rate and low blood pressure. Increased heart rate can trigger heart attacks in people with cardiovascular problems. For this reason, it can cause people with heart problems to get worse. Again, blood pressure rises due to extreme temperatures and strokes and paralysis may occur due to these blood pressure rises. Fluid losses can sometimes cause serious reduction of fluid in the body and this can cause rhythm problems. In this respect, people with heart problems should protect themselves from these temperatures. They are asked not to go out as much as possible between 10:00 and 17:00 in cases where there is no great need.”

DO NOT GO OUT WITHOUT PROTECTION

Stating that heart patients should regularly consume at least two and a half three liters of fluid daily, Kobat said, “If they have to go out in these hot weather, we recommend that they wear their glasses and protective clothing and go out like that. We want heart patients to exercise. They can do their exercises not in hot weather, but in the early morning or evening cool. Again, those who use some diuretic drugs can reduce the dose in cases where there is already fluid loss due to heat. We think that if heart patients are affected by the heat, if they take care of themselves, they can easily spend these hot seasons without any problems with the heat, fluid consumption and the doses of drugs.
