There was nothing special to experience in the first half. GVVV was in two minds after winning the first game 2-1 on Wednesday. The Veenendalers wanted to attack, but also played conservatively so as not to give SteDoCo all the space. The first chance was for the visitors, but Sjaak Kuyper’s attempt went wide. Furthermore, SteDoCo was offensively impotent.
