Four years ago, a man in Bohuslän was convicted of raping a child. The victim, a now 17-year-old girl, has now been convicted of defamation by the man, writes Bohusläningen.
– It feels like I’m being raped again by him. That he should not have to take anything and I should have to take everything, the girl tells the newspaper.
The girl was accused of pointing out the man, who is in his 40s, in a post on Facebook. She is sentenced by Uddevalla District Court to 35 hours of community service and to pay SEK 15,000 in damages.
– When he chose to do as he did, he gave me life because I will carry this with me all my life. It has been terrible these four years, the girl says to Bohusläningen.
The man had offered the girl a summer job when he raped her in connection with her probationary work in 2018. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
