– I absolutely had to ask the customer’s party to leave because their noise level was far too high and their behavior was noisy, she says.

– Yes, there are some customers who come and continue with the behavior despite, for example, being asked to turn off the loudspeaker. I don’t feel that anyone has taken offense either over a statement. So the customers will definitely come back.
