In addition to starring in the epic sci-fi sequel Dune: Part Two, Timothée Chalamet will be back in cinemas later this year. For Wonka he slips into the title role of the eccentric billionaire and chocolate factory owner. So far, however, only one frame from the film has been shown. The first trailer was shown at CinemaCon in both 2022 and 2023. Now you can finally watch the preview of the mysterious fantasy spectacle for yourself.

That’s what the fantasy blockbuster Wonka is all about
The film’s plot tells how a younger Willy Wonka becomes the character we know from previous adaptations such as Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. That’s what it will be Musical-style singing and dancing give.
Wonka is directed by Paul King, who most recently directed Paddington and Paddington 2. In addition to Timothée Chalamet, the film also stars Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Colman, Rowan Atkinson and Hugh Grant.
