(Finance) – Finlogica company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Information Technology sector, ha finalized the acquisition of 100% of Alfacod, an operation that was announced on 4 April. The company from San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), with revenues of 11.4 million euros in 2020, is a company active in the field of automatic identification and data capture and is one of the most important system integrators in the sector.
The purchase priceeven overall to 8.192 million euroswas paid by Finlogic to the selling shareholders for 400 thousand euros on April 4, 2022 as a deposit, for 6.740 million euros today, while the remainder of 1.05 million euros will be paid by Finlogic, pro share to each transferor, for 275 thousand euros no later than 30 June 2023 for 275 thousand euros no later than 30 June 2024 and for 501 thousand euros upon the occurrence of certain conditions precedent related to the successful outcome of certain collections.
