(Finance) – Theunderstanding signed by the five children Of Silvio Berlusconi provides for a shareholders’ agreement which contemplates a clause Of lock-up of 5 years, by virtue of which none of the brothers will modify the shares held in the holding and consequently in Fininvest. All the children have fully accepted their father’s legacy “interpreting his last wishes in total harmony to honor his memory with profound gratitude, inspired by his immense generosity”, we read in a statement released by his children.

According to what we learn from financial sources, Marina and Pier Silvio will respectively hold 29.1% (together over 58%) of Holding Italiana I, Holding Italiana II, Holding Italiana III, Holding Italiana VIII. By virtue of this, their overall and transparent participation in Fininvest will translate into 26% respectively (together 52%).

Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi Berlusconi will respectively hold approximately 14% of the 4 holdings (together approximately 42%); their participation overall and in transparency in Fininvest it will therefore be equal to 16% each (together 48%). The pact parasocial also provides for the convening of extraordinary meetings of Holding Italiana I, Holding Italiana II, Holding Italiana III, Holding Italiana VIII and Fininvest to approve statutory amendments that implement the agreements reached. Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi Berlusconi will have the right to express three advisors in Fininvest, which will be able to have up to a maximum of 15 directors (today the maximum is expected to be 12).

According to the same sources, the three younger brothers are happy that Pier Silvio And Marina carry on “historical” activities, because they are concentrated on companies that deal with something completely different, that is, new technologies, finance and innovative business.

All five of Silvio Berlusconi’s children will pay the sums envisaged by the legacies left by their father, equal to 230 million in total, according to the distribution foreseen by the inheritance. This means, explain financial sources, that Marina and Pier Silvio will contribute 26% each, while Barbara, Luigi and Eleonora will contribute 16% each. Silvio Berlusconi’s will, opened last July and which his children have fully accepted today, provided for the legacy 100 million to his brother Paulthe one in favor of Martha Fascinating (100 million) and Marcello Dell’Utri (30 million).
