On August 30, 2022, a major leak of FIFA 23 made the rounds. Among other things, a lot of ratings were shown – with interesting values.
What is this leak? On Tuesday, August 30th, there was an apparent bug that made FIFA 23 available to some players on Xbox.

In the course of this leak, some players got into FIFA 23’s Ultimate Team mode and went in search of new player ratings.
Thus, some ratings for FIFA 23 are already known. And there seem to be some interesting developments.
According to the leak, who will be the best player in FIFA 23?
How safe are the values? What is certain is that these are no longer the values from FIFA 22, but rather new ratings. So it is quite possible that they will also make it into the final game. However, whether the numbers will be changed before the official release is open.
These are the ratings: Lots of ratings can already be found online. Below you can also see the values of the expected best players in FIFA 23.
According to the current status, 5 players will probably share first place with a rating of 91 if you look at the gold cards. Cover star Kylian Mbappé probably has the best card – his mixture of speed, dribbling and finishing has been deadly recently and should also be in FIFA 23.
This is followed by three attackers in Benzema, Messi and Lewandowski, as well as De Bruyne in midfield. Striking: Cristiano Ronaldo apparently only gets a 90 card and thus his weakest card in years. In addition, Ronaldo and Messi were drawn quite a few points at pace. Neymar, meanwhile, seems to have lost his 91 and is even said to drop to 89.
Behind them are Salah and van Dijk from Liverpool FC with 90 cards, as well as goalkeepers Courtois and Neuer. Manuel Neuer will probably also become the best Bayern player with his 90s card, as further leaks show.
How is it in the Bundesliga? FC Bayern is likely to be the undisputed strongest club in the Bundesliga if you just look at the figures. Kimmich has once again received the 89, and there is also newcomer Mané with a strong 89, who also has very good values in other respects.
Alphonso Davies is likely to be one of the absolute favorites in the game with his 84 card and 94 pace. It looks a little weaker in terms of speed for Sané and Gnabry, who land below 90. And Leon Goretzka, who was a direct member of the Gullit gang last year, is no longer consistently over 80 either.
Nevertheless: Hardly anyone in the Bundesliga can get past FC Bayern when it comes to FIFA ratings.
Here are the leaked BVB ratings for comparison. Marco Reus and central defender Niklas Süle have the top position here. Both should be interesting in FIFA 23, but Jude Bellingham may be even more exciting: his gold card jumps from 79 to 84.
Many more FIFA 23 ratings are likely to appear in the coming days if players can continue to search on Xbox. However, this is currently still open.
