Today, our family spirit has us knocking on the door of Sardinia. Getting there is as pretty as a one-way ticket to the Mediterranean. It’s two waves from Corsica, and you have arrived in Cagliari, the capital of this small Italian island. Small but proud: of its history, its pastoral traditions, its sublime beaches, its political autonomy and its porcheddu, its famous suckling pig flavored with thyme.Rebroadcast from 03/13/2021

And it is on this island that I was able to collect, this summer, a conversation between tender and bubbly granddaughters (Marie and Jeanne, in their twenties) and Sardinian grandparents overwhelmed by photos and memories (Gabriella 80 years old , and Mario 84 years old).
