(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Italian Stock Exchange communicated that, with effect from 3 July 2023, the qualification of Euronext Growth Advisor (EGA) to EnVent Capital Markets Ltd and contextually it will be attributed to EnVent Italia SIM SpA. Also effective from 3 July 2023, EnVent Italia SIM will take over the mandates of Euronext Growth Advisor.
The announcement follows the reorganization of activities of EnVent Capital Markets, an independent investment banking firm based in London and dedicated to small and medium-sized companies.
EnVent is Euronext Growth Advisor of 31 listed companies on the Italian Stock Exchange.
