According to the lawsuit, the employee must have used the municipality’s car pool on repeated occasions. This despite the fact that he did not have a position where he is entitled to a company car.
The municipality has invoiced the man for the times he used the car pool, but has not paid despite reminders.
Now Kungsbacka municipality is suing him at the Varberg District Court and is demanding compensation of SEK 40,000.
The employee denies and believes that he has made business trips.
