(Finance) – “It was a tiring and challenging IPOwe have certainly faced a very complex and complex market moment, but for us it is sufficient because we also intend to enter gradually and without carrying out overwhelming or too forced operations”. He told Finance Gianmarco Bisogno, president and CEO Of Emma Villason the sidelines of the listing ceremony at Palazzo Mezzanotte.

“So I am very happy – he added – above all because it is a starting point for our company, which will certainly allow us to have – from a financial point of view – some significant sums to be used for development, such as acquiring other companies of our sector, develop our network and sales channels, but above all the Stock Exchange will certainly allow us to be seen and known much more than at present, and above all it is the certification for our owners and our customers of a company which has all the requirements that are often missing in this world.”

Emma Villas, landed on today Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), is one of the main operators in Italy in the tourist rental sector of villas and luxury residences which combines the offer of additional products and services with the stay. It manages over 550 exclusive properties in Italy and hosts more than 50,000 guests annually. Emma Villas represents the twenty-sixth admission since the beginning of the year on the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is the forty-ninth listing of 2023 on Euronext.

“We have always done with our team a great team work, we have always been very united, especially in difficult moments and we have always managed to get out of them with work, with calm, but at the same time with determination. There have certainly been difficult moments, in particular we remember Covid which was a dramatic year for tourism. But with a bit of initiative, a bit of courage and with the team we managed to come up with some good things even at that moment.”

In the placement phase Emma Villas has harvest 3.5 million euros, excluding the potential exercise of the over-allotment option. In the event of a full over-allotment exercise, the total amount raised will be 3.5 million euros. The floating in the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option it will be equal to 15.21%, while the capitalization market share at the IPO is equal to 23 million euros.

The objectives of the listing “are essentially theexpansion of the villa portfolio in Italy, through a progressive increase in the direct and indirect acquisition network, the expansion of the acquisitions abroad that we are undertaking and also a strong impulse on the direct and indirect sales channels, therefore also the expansion of the sales channels to now global level, because in any case it is a reality that works on a global level”, he explained Giovanni Tordi, general manager by Emma Villas.

“Another development driver is certainly the digitalization of businesswhich is an important element both in the purchasing phase and in the guest management phase, remembering that in any case in Italy alone we manage around 50 thousand guests every year – continued Tordi – and then an important theme is theacquisition of property manager companies who already have villas in their portfolio, this is because territorial presence is fundamental for us”.

The strong point of the business, said the general manager, is the fact that “Emma Villas’ business model is the ability to globally manage all the needs an owner has, therefore the fact of being able to guarantee the budget. This is certainly an element of strength, which distinguishes us. But beyond this, the possibility of managing the villas as a property manager is an element that gives peace of mind to the owners, who are unable to do this”.

“In addition, we have expanded a whole series of services which are of an insurance and management nature, which relieve owners from a series of
problems that they would otherwise encounter if they managed their properties themselves – he added – So the mix of these elements puts us in a position to be somewhat unique on the market“.
