(Finance) – Propellerfollowing the announcement regarding the start of the second tranche of the buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022, announced that it had purchasedbetween 29 August and 2 September 2022, overall 16,300 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of € 2.97 per share, for a countervalue overall of 48,454 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, Elica has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 402,489 ordinary shares, equal to 0.635% of the share capital), for a total value of 1,238,329 euros.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, Propeller extends earnings compared to the previous session, reaching € 2,895.
