Recent years have Ebba Andersson has taken huge strides in his development and is currently considered one of Sweden’s best skiers. When both the Norwegian and Swedish ski queens Therese Johaug and Charlotte Kalla ended their successful careers last year, Ebba saw her chance.

Ebba’s WC success

After mostly relay medals, the 26-year-old was able to step onto the top podium with his own legs for the first time during the Ski World Cup in Planica last winter. Andersson took over the vacant place on the throne and was named WC queen after having managed to secure two WC golds and two WC bronzes in the four races she competed in.

In a new interview, the Swedish skiing star reveals what she always brings to hotels abroad.
– Caviar! I have it with boiled eggs. I think it’s a very good complement to sandwiches. At the WC last spring, I dragged a can of mustard with me. I want it on my sandwiches. I have a special one with brown cheese, smoked ham, strong sweet mustard and thinly sliced ​​cucumber, she admits to the website Hotellrevyn.

There will still be a lot of hotel nights for the Swedish skiers during the season and Ebba can hardly keep track of how often she is away compared to at home. Therefore, she cannot even answer the question of how many hotel nights there will be during a competition year.
– Not the palest. I really have no idea. It becomes like a habit, you barely register it. If you’re lucky, you get at least three days at home per week during the competition season, but that’s in exceptional cases, she tells the site.
