Did Elton John really leave the stage forever The clue

After more than fifty years of career, the legend Elton John bowed out during a farewell tour. But did he really hang up?

Farewells to the scene that are not really? After more than fifty years of career, the legend of world pop Elton John offered his fans grandiose “goodbyes” with his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which ended in July 2023. This tour passed through Paris on June 28 (his 129th concert in France!), But also by the legendary Glastonbury Festival in England, before ending in Stockholm for a final performance full of emotion.

This salvo of concerts is already considered the most lucrative in the history of music with nearly a billion dollars collected and 330 shows. The vast majority of shows were sold out, bringing together a total of 6.25 million spectators. A trifle for the artist with 300 million records sold.

But is this tour really Elton John’s last? On stage during his very last concert date, the 76-year-old singer hinted that this show would probably not be the last of his career, giving hope to his fans around the world. If Elton John confirms that he “will not go back on tour again” after his Farewell Yellow Brick Road, he declared that he was not ready to give up the stage definitively.

Explaining now wanting to devote himself to his companion David Furnish and their two sons Zachary, 12 years old and Elijah, 10 years old, Elton John revealed the existence of a “strange spectacle” which could soon take place, reports the specialized site NME. A date has already been mentioned at the end of the year, on the sidelines of the Emmys in Los Angeles, to promote the release of his live performance at Dodger Stadium on DisneyPlus. Unfortunately, we do not know much more for the moment. So be patient…
