FRENCH CUP. Three shocks are on the program for the 16th finals of the Coupe de France with in particular a very enticing Marseille – Rennes.
[Mis à jour le 9 janvier 2023 à 09h22] The Coupe de France once again caused many surprises this weekend with several Ligue 1 clubs falling through the cracks. Fans of Olympique Strasbourg Koenigshoffen (Regional 1) achieved the biggest feat of the 32nd finals by overcoming Clermont (Ligue 1), after a penalty shootout (0-0, Tab 4 -3). Another feat achieved by the Puy team (National), which overcame Nice (1-0), yet finalist in the previous edition of the Coupe de France. On the other hand, it goes for Marseille, Paris or Lille.
At the end of the draw on Sunday January 8, fans of Olympique Strasbourg Koenigshoffen 06 will play against Angers while several clashes between Ligue 1 clubs are to be expected, such as Marseille – Rennes or Toulouse – Ajaccio.
