Developer Change= has already been reprimanded in Amsterdam. The rent committee there judged that a settlement of the service costs was missing and that the calculated service costs were too high. the subdistrict stated last summer that more than 250 residents in two complexes of Change= had wrongly had to pay for a so-called community agreement for the use of a communal space.
