It is party leader Roy Luca of U26 municipalities who kicks off. He attacks the virgin canvas with the green brush. “The green color of our beautiful forests on the Heuvelrug, our green lungs. And we’re going to give that extra accent,” he says. Together with the leaders of the other 18 parliamentary parties, he can today put together a true work of art. Artist Sigmon Visser has already drawn up something that the politicians can build on. “They are doing a very nice job, they show a lot of enthusiasm and they go at it with good energy,” says the artist.
