(Finance) – The trustees of the bankruptcy of CHL SpA – Vincenzo Pilla and Eros Ceccherini – announce that, on 15 September 2023, a settlement agreement between the bankruptcy trustee and the 14 defendants in the compensation action.
The agreement provides: the payment in favor of the bankruptcy proceedings of 776,750 euros; there renunciation to the admission to the liabilities of credits in total 150,937 euros in a privileged location; there renounces opposition to the passive state of the bankruptcy of creditors for 330,000 euros in a privileged place; the rcalls for opposition to the passive state of the bankruptcy of creditors for 1,946,011 euros in unsecured form.
