Vakin, the municipal water company in Umeå, has had several frozen valves to repair. At Teg, residents have been without water during Monday.
– The husband woke up this morning because it sounded so terrible in the pipes, so he filled up water in the bathtub. This way we got water for our morning coffee, says Camilla Andersson.
