(Finance) – FTSE Russell (LSEG) decided to remove Autogrill fromFTSE Italia Mid Cap indexfollowing the results of the public exchange offer promoted by Dufry on the ordinary shares of Autogrill, with the achievement of a threshold above 90%.
Caltagirone will be included in the index in its place with a number of shares equal to 120,120,000 and an investability weight of 12.365000832501%. Caltagirone will therefore be excluded from theFTSE Italia Small Cap index.
The changes will be effective from 7 June.
