The accident happened around 10:30 am near Witte Strandje. The car appears to have crashed into a tree and then immediately caught fire. Bystanders broke a window and got the victim out of the car. Two members of the fire brigade who happened to be passing by helped by fighting the fire with their own extinguisher.
