BFF Bank increases EMTN program to 25 billion euros

(Finance) – BFF Banka company active in specialized finance and listed on Euronext Milan, announced the update of its medium and long-term bond program (EMTN program) and the simultaneous increase in the ceiling a 2.5 billion euros. The Central Bank of Ireland has today approved the Base Prospectus for the EMTN Programme.

The update of the EMTN Program – we read in a note – represents a further step forward in the diversification of financing sources by BFF and in accessing a broader and deeper investor base. Notes issued under the EMTN Program may be Senior Preferred Notes, Senior Non-Preferred Notes or Subordinated (Tier 2) Notes.

Intesa Sanpaolo acted in the capacity of Arranger and Sole Dealer of the operation. White & Case acted as legal advisor to the issuer and Clifford Chance Studio Legale Associato acted as legal advisor to Intesa Sanpaolo.
