(Finance) – Banca Ifis has communicated that it has purchasedfrom 14 to 18 March 2022, overall 195,087 ordinary shares (equal to 0.363% of the share capital) for a countervalue overall of 3,541,438.79 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the program launched by virtue of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 July 2021, the authorization of the Bank of Italy and the resolution of the Board of Directors subject to the press release issued on March 14, 2022.
The purchases were made through the authorized intermediary Intermonte Sim.
Following the operations carried out so far, as of March 18 Banca Ifis holds 534,226 treasury shares equal to 0.993% of the share capital.
