(Finance) – Worldlinea leading international payment services company, e Fucino Bankone of the most important banking companies in central Italy, announce the closing of the strategic partnership in merchant acquiring.
The competent authorities have in fact authorized the transfer of the merchant acquiring activity on the national circuit of Banca del Fucino to the Italian subsidiary of Worldline.
The over 3,700 merchants managed, for a total of almost 6,000 points of sale, by Banca del Fucino on its national network will be added to Worldline following the completion of the operational transfer of the activities. The agreement provides for a contextual long-term commercial partnership for the distribution, via the Banca del Fucino network, of Worldline’s payment products and services.
The operation makes it possible to achieve technological and commercial synergies in terms of innovation and evolution of the product portfolio for the benefit of the Bank’s customer network which will thus be able to benefit from Worldline’s specialized solutions in line with new business needs and the search for even higher levels high customer experience.
