(Finance) – Arras Groupa technological second home real estate development company listed on EGM PRO, announced that Massimo Silipo has resigned from the role of CFO with immediate effect for reasons attributable to the personal sphere. The company has made the appointment Andrea Picciau new CFO.
Picciau held the role of Administration & Controller in Arras Group since July 2023. During his professional career, he has gained significant experience in the energy, automotive and industrial sectors working in the planning and finance areas.
In particular, from 2005 to 2011, he held the position of financial controller at Acea and at the Alpiq Group; between 2011 and 2017 he held the role of management control manager at Iveco Acentro (Group CNH Industrial) and from 2017 to June 2023 the role of management control manager in Nuova Icom, a leading company operating in the metalworking sector.
