A 62-year-old man has been charged on suspicion of aggravated child pornography after the police found 759 images and 107 videos showing abuse of children on the man’s computer, writes Corren.
The police discovered the material by chance when they were at the residence in 2018 in connection with another criminal investigation. They noticed a computer with some kind of download running and became suspicious of the crime.
In questioning, the man is said to have said that he downloaded the material to show his wife how easy it is to access “questionable stuff” online, the newspaper writes.
