Lauri Markkanen was back in the swing of things in the NBA as the Utah Jazz suffered a bitter loss to the Orlando Magic in the NBA basketball game.
Markkanen was in the mood in the final moments of the match. He made two three-pointers to give Utah a 113-112 lead. He sank his last three just 19 seconds before the final whistle.
However, the game ended in a bitter way for Utah when Paolo Banchero threw two points and Anthony Black succeeded from the free throw line. Orlando won the match 115–113.
– A really tough fight after yesterday’s game. I never question the effort of this team, they play really hard. This is part of the growth we seek: to win in an ugly way. I was proud of our fight, Utah head coach Will Hardy comment.
In the match, Markkanen scored 22 points, took seven rebounds and two steals. The Finn accumulated about 33 minutes of playing time.
