(Finance) – CDP Reti, as part of a refinancing operation of the current debt, announces that a
short-term bridge loan agreement (so-called Bridge Loan), for a total amount of 750 million euros, of the duration of 12 months and with an extension option for a further 6 months.
The loan can in turn be repaid by issuing a new bond loan.
The proceeds from the Bridge Loan will be used by CDP Reti to fully repay the debt deriving from the bond loan issued in 2015 and maturing on 29 May 2022.
The Bridge Loan was granted by a pool of banks and by the parent company Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
