4 Finding your balance Women in the ring

Thirty-year-old Tlana seriously launches into competitive sports, before realizing that all the necessary sacrifices do not correspond to her life choices. There is its balance and its emergencies. There is also his well-being. In search of lasting employment, she is also confronted with discrimination and must always fight against prejudices that she herself has somewhat internalized. Her journey as a “ring woman” will help her to assert herself, to choose pleasure rather than constraint. This is what now guides her professional trajectory and makes her a source of inspiration for many young girls today.
