Baram is the only candidate for election from Zwarte Piet is Zwart. He is a member of Forum for Democracy and actually wanted to participate with that party in the municipal elections, but Forum for Democracy decided not to stand for election in the Keistad. So Baram chose to set up Zwarte Piet is Zwart.
