As soon as Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, who had been steering Bond since the 1990s, had given creative control over the franchise to Amazon MGM, a new double tip was announced: Amy Pascal (Spider-Man) and David Heyman (Harry Potter) bring James Bond 26 as producers: inside.

But what exactly does the vision look like for the next part? Valenti and Kroll cause a stir in the Cinemacon with two keywords: Fresh and exotic.
Specifically, they say:
We are determined to honor the legacy of this cult figure and at the same time to present a fresh, exotic new chapter to the audience around the world, together with Amy [Pascal] and David [Heyman]. It looks like Bond 26 is already in the planning phase. We are still a long way away from a shooting start. But the message behind the Cinemacon appearance is clear: Amazon MGM does not waste timeto position the next bond. Of course, the rumor mill is happy.
Bond 26 could play in the 1960s and allegedly compete for the leading role
The British actor Daniel Mays (Line of Duty) recently chatted out of the sewing box in a new edition of the Podcast We’re Not Getting Any Younger:

The British tabloid The Sun enriches Mays’ statement with an illustrious round of names that are said to have been potentially combined in connection with Bond 26:

Last but not least, The Sun reveals a completely different name in another article as the new favorite of the bookmakers: Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is currently on everyone’s lips thanks to the 3rd season of The White Lotus.
In the next few weeks and months, every actor in Hollywood will probably be associated with the Bond role, which fits some of the profile of the secret agent. It is interesting in any case that previous favorites such as Aaron Taylor Johnson and Henry Cavill appear less prominent.
When does James Bond 26 start in the cinema?
So far, Amazon MGM has not announced a theatrical release. If the shooting starts this year, James Bond 26 could eventually 2027 come to the cinema.
