Start with downward dog and then lift one leg up and in front of your yoga mat. Move your hand to the inside of the front foot and then slide your hips forward. Keep your chest open and pulse back and forth for a few breaths.
SEAL POSITION
Start flat on your stomach (you can put a rolled towel under your chest if it’s more comfortable) and then extend your arms beyond shoulder-width and then lift your upper body. Relax in this pose as you inhale and exhale.
